Who this policy covers

This policy covers this website and inquiries directed to Alexander Eli, a Pennsylvania real-estate agent affiliated with Keller Williams Empower. It does not replace the brokerage’s transaction-specific disclosures or the privacy policies of independent providers.

Information you choose to provide

An inquiry may include your name, email, telephone number, property interests and message. Provide only what is needed for an initial conversation. Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, identity documents, passwords or wire instructions through this website or ordinary email.

The Contact page inquiry form is provided by HubSpot. Submitting it sends your contact details and message to Alexander’s real-estate CRM, where HubSpot processes and stores the response and may send a notification.

The Buyers Form and Sellers Form use FormSubmit to process your submission and email your answers to alexander@prestigepropertiespa.com. Answers include your name, email, phone number, budget range, purchase timeline, mortgage pre-approval or cash-purchase status, relocation origin, preferred areas and property types, existing agent representation, and any optional notes you provide. Seller inquiries also include the property address, property type and condition, ownership or authority, estimated value if provided, occupancy, selling timeline, requested assistance and current listing status. FormSubmit and the email providers involved handle this information to deliver the inquiry. Your contact permission and privacy acknowledgment are included with the submission. FormSubmit uses Google reCAPTCHA to help detect automated submissions; this security check may process browser, device and interaction information under the providers’ policies. HubSpot tracking is also installed on the Buyers Form and Sellers Form pages. Depending on account settings, browser permissions and tracking availability, HubSpot may capture submissions made through this non-HubSpot form and associate them with a CRM contact and website activity. Capture is not guaranteed. If you choose an email link instead, your email provider processes that message.

How inquiries are used and shared

Information you send is used to respond, understand your real-estate needs, coordinate requested services, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. It may be handled by Keller Williams Empower, email or technology providers supporting those activities, and professionals involved in services you request, as appropriate and consistent with confidentiality duties.

Client or transaction details are not used for Alexander’s personal promotion without permission. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or otherwise permitted under applicable professional duties. Privacy preferences do not override required property disclosures or public records.

Submitting an inquiry requests a response about your real-estate needs; it is not treated as permission for unrelated promotional campaigns. Separate website tracking and advertising-related data handling are described below.

Website operation and third parties

Hosting, security and sign-in providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request logs and cookies needed to deliver and protect the website. Their services are governed by their own policies.

Some property images load from Unsplash, which receives the technical information needed to deliver those images. Links to Google Maps, government resources and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies, HubSpot tracking and Meta Pixel

HubSpot tracking and Meta Pixel are installed across this website, including the Buyers Form, Sellers Form and Thank You pages. These technologies may use cookies and similar identifiers and receive technical and activity information such as IP address, browser or device information, page URLs, referral information and website interactions. HubSpot may associate website activity with an identified CRM contact, depending on its settings and browser permissions.

Meta Pixel sends page-view information to Meta. This supports advertising measurement and may support ad delivery or remarketing, depending on the connected account’s configuration. Viewing a Thank You page may be used to measure a lead conversion. Tracking availability and any recorded conversion depend on the visitor’s browser and the advertising account’s settings; not every form submission will be recorded by these tools.

FormSubmit receives the answers you submit through the Buyers Form or Sellers Form. The website’s Meta Pixel code does not explicitly send those answers to Meta; Meta’s own tools may collect additional event information according to their configuration and policies. Do not enter sensitive financial or identity information in any form field.

Provider details are available in the FormSubmit privacy policy, HubSpot privacy policy and Meta privacy policy. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through the provider’s account settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect tracking or form features. Contacting Alexander by telephone is an alternative to submitting an online form.

If the inquiry system or tracking features change, this policy will be reviewed to reflect the new handling of information before those features are used.

Mortgage calculator

Calculator entries and results are processed in your browser. This calculator does not save those entries in browser storage, submit them to Alexander or a lender, run a credit check, or create a loan application.

Retention, security and your choices

Inquiry and transaction records may be retained as needed to respond, provide services and meet brokerage, legal or recordkeeping requirements. No internet service or email system can guarantee absolute security.

You can ask Alexander to correct information, stop optional follow-up or review a deletion request using the contact details below. Requests are subject to applicable law and recordkeeping obligations; identity verification may be needed. Do not include sensitive information in your request.
